Passionate, organized self-starter HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role to provide value adding support to our HQ S&M department. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement as a part of global HR team.


Job summary:

  • Responsible for all human resource activities for the assigned department(s). Drive the alignment and execution of the human strategies and plans that find, develop, retain employees and enhance their contribution to the business strategy and needs. Provide consultancy, assistance and follow-up on corporate HR policies, processes and practice.
  • Incorporate business priorities into the HR agenda and drive human resources and organizational targets and critical metrics. Follow up and ensure corrective actions are taken to achieve results.
  • Recommend and find new approaches, policies, and procedures in HR area in collaboration with Centers of Expertise to effect continual improvements in efficiency of HR department and HR services performance.
  • Support day-to-day HR issues arising in the departments, including ad-hoc employment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development , staff grievances issues. Member of the Company’s HR Function based in HQ, Moscow



Experience of influencing across all levels in a complex, fast paced organization with a desire for adding value with energy and pragmatism are essential.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Preferably CIPD qualified;
  • Proven generalist HR strategic and operational Business Partnering experience;
  • Experience of working within a matrix/complex organization;
  • Experience of working with sales or other high-performance teams and ideally within the IT industry;
  • Strong communicator who is able to differentiate their approach to match audience requirements, and a confident ability to substantiate their views;
  • Team player & able to work on own initiative;
  • Comfortable with change & ambiguity as HR evolves across the business;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Listens as powerfully as they talk;
  • A genuine interest in helping the business to be successful and enriching our employee’s experience.
