  • Effectively manage a large team within the Accounting & Reporting function of Kaspersky Lab UK Limited.
  • Successfully implement shared service centre structure for transaction processing and drive efficiencies in finance processes.
  • Ensure month end close and internal financial reporting is completed on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Ensure compliance with company wide and local policies and processes throughout the  Procure To Pay cycle, such as requirements for Contracts & Purchase Orders by engaging with key stakeholders.


Main duties & responsibilities 

  • Day to day management of team members
  • Oversee month end close process and submit internal financial reporting
  • Monthly review of balance sheet reconciliations and supporting details such as accruals, prepayments, cash
  • Develop and implement finance systems and process improvements
  • Address any non-compliance with policies or any processing issues
  • Review supplier statement reconciliations and outstanding purchase invoices and action as needed
  • Liaise closely with other internal finance contacts such as Tax, Treasury, Business Process teams
  • Complete and submit Payment Practices Report
  • Responsible for budget control including accruals of UK and Ireland offices, and oversee administrative management,
  • Review UK and Ireland employee travel and expense spend and compliance to identify improvements


To apply, you'll need to demonstrate: 

  • A recognised accounting qualification e.g ACCA/CIMA
  • Established, relevant and practical finance management experience with emphasis on exposure to multiple currency international environment
  • Experience using Accounting systems (Microsoft Ax preferred),  international transaction processing operations
  • A desire to lead and motivate the team and drive process improvements
  • Able to collaborate and communicate well with others in a complex international environment
