Job Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Assist in defining project scope/objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools/techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish/maintain third-party/vendor relationships
  • Create/maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop client-facing and internal project plans.
  • Produce spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., PMI, Scrum, Agile) are a plus.

Experience

  • 7+ years in the IT industry, with at least 5+ years in Project Management.
  • Information security experience (preferred).

Hard Skills

  • Expertise in Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • End-to-end project oversight:
  • Planning, scoping, scheduling, forecasting;
  • Budgeting & cost tracking (ensuring projects stay within financial constraints);
  • Risk & change management.
  • Strong reporting and performance tracking.
  • Team leadership (including remote/multicultural teams).

Soft Skills

  • Leadership & decision-making.
  • Strong communication & negotiation.
  • Problem-solving & critical thinking.
  • Adaptability & attention to detail.
  • Experience managing cross-cultural, multi-continent projects.

Languages

  • Fluent English (written & spoken).
  • Native proficiency in the job location’s language.
