Lead cross-functional marketing campaigns & initiatives in close collaboration with R&D, B2B Product Team and the Russian Regional teams in order to support key strategic priorities and regional plans.
Development of the communication strategies and plans for relevant business requests, incl. messaging platform, overall creative concept and assets (such as: marketing whitepapers, guides, articles, banners and digital assets, other design elements)
Management and creative development of integrated marketing campaigns, mainly focused on the B2B market. Supervising on all stages from pitch and documentation to delivery and activation in the market, including interaction and management of external agencies and internal teams.
Development and promotion of the thought leadership content in accordance to the Regional marketing plans.
Support the Russian team in creating and launching marketing activities and campaigns inclusion assets for events, presentations, exhibitions and digital campaigns.
Plan and manage the activity budget.
Requirements:
Fluent English is a must (+ Russian native speaker)
Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing area in B2B related marketing roles in IT (ideally with understanding of Cybersecurity).
In-depth understanding of theories and practices in digital marketing, campaign efficiency, media planning
Understanding of the corporate audiences, needs and pain points
Data-driven mindset, ability to analyze business results and make impactful conclusions
Great presentation skills, confident to represent brand team on global marketing meetings (in English and Russian)
Negotiation and communications skills, ability to work in cross functional and cross cultural teams
Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility for results
Vast experience in cross-functional coordination of marketing projects
Understanding of IT, IT Sec and/or Telecom business is preferred
