Marketing Communications Manager
Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for managing and creative development of integrated marketing campaigns (advertising, thought leadership, lead generation and etc) mainly for the B2B segment. The Marketing Communications Manager work closely with regional marketing and product teams to create, execute and monitor the performance of campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet the targets and support the Kaspersky buisness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management and creative development of integrated marketing campaigns - (mainly B2B). Supervising on all stages from pitch and documentation till final report.
- Execution and activation of marketing campaigns (creative, media placements, etc.) addresing major business challenges, coordinate planning & execution with HQ and regional offices.
- Development and promotion of the thought leadership content in accordance to integrated marketing calendar.
- Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success - compile reports of campaign performance and results.
- Support cross-functional teams in supervising or creating and executing communication assets (B2B Product Marketing teams, R&D team, Regional Marketing teams (Russian and International), Marketing Execllence team, Corporate Communication team).
- Development campaigns based on CJM approach, ensure involvement of the relevant stakeholders and integration of the activities.
- Support in planning annual activity calendar and budget.
Job Requirements:
- University Master’s Degree, preferably in Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles: marketing campaigns, advertising, content creation, communication roles. Preferably in digital, media and performance understanding and experience in international companies. Experience of running campaigns across different markets and evaluate campaign efficiency, preferable B2B experience (no FMCG and B2C only).
- Fluent English is a must.
- In-depth understanding of theories and practices in brand tracking, digital marketing, campaign efficiency, media planning.
- Understanding of the corporate audiences, needs and pain points.
- Data-driven mindset, ability to analyze business results and make impactful conclusions.
- Good presentation skills, confident to represent the team in global marketing meetings and to present her/his projects.
- Negotiation and communications skills, ability to work in cross functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility for results.
- Vast experience in cross-functional coordination of marketing projects.
- Understanding of IT, IT Sec and/or Telecom business is preferred.
