IMPORTANT! Carefully read these Terms of Use before registering an account on the Website and using it.

  1. Website refers the web portal careers.kaspersky.com, the right holder of which is Kaspersky.
  2. User (you) refers an individual who uses the Website.
  3. Kaspersky refers AO Kaspersky Lab.
  4. Content refers data, texts, files, usernames, images, graphics, photographs, applications, links and other materials uploaded by the User to the Website.

By using the Website, you consent to be bound by these Terms of Use unreservedly and without exception. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use the Website.

Kaspersky reserves the right to change these Terms of Use and modify the Website or its functionality at any time, without prior notice, and at its own discretion. Continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance thereof.

Intellectual Property Rights

Kaspersky is the owner of all necessary rights, including rights to intellectual property, and licenses for materials and information published on the Website, including but not limited to textual, graphic, photo, video and audio materials, as well as computer programs regardless of their type, with the exception of the Content.

These Terms of Use do not give you any rights to use intellectual property, including trademarks and service marks belonging to Kaspersky, with the exception of rights granted to you by Kaspersky.

Description of Website Functionality

The User may:

  1. View information posted on the Website.
  2. Interact with content posted on the Website: view, filter and respond to posted vacancies; participate in interactive web projects; read text posted on Website pages; follow external links to social networks and feature stories on external resources.
  3. Provide personal data when responding to vacancies, registering to take part in interactive web projects.

General Conditions

  1. Kaspersky grants you the right to use the Website free of charge within the scope of the functionality described above, provided that you comply fully with all the limitations and conditions set forth by these Terms of Use.
  2. To access some Website functionality, in particular to post Content, you may need to accept a separate data processing agreement. Kaspersky processes the data provided by you in accordance with the general Privacy Policy and the Privacy Policy for the Website.
  3. By posting any Content on the Website, the User automatically grants to Kaspersky the free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right (non-exclusive license), in all countries of the world and for the entire period of copyright protection provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation in relation to such Content, to use the Content in the following ways:
    1. Reproduction of materials, that is, the production of one or more copies of materials or part thereof in any material form.
    2. Public display of materials, that is, the demonstration of original materials or copies thereof directly or on screen by means of film, transparencies, television frames or other technical means, as well as the display of individual frames of an audiovisual work without observing their sequence, either directly or using technical means.
    3. Import of original materials or copies thereof for the purpose of distribution.
    4. Translation into another language or other processing of materials.
  4. No additional formalities, including written ones, are required to confirm that you grant rights to Kaspersky.
  5. You are responsible for all Content that you upload or post on the Website.
  6. By uploading and/or posting any Content on the Website, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the Content or that you have all necessary licenses and/or permissions and are not violating the rights of third parties. When uploading Content, you must comply with all relevant international and local laws, including but not limited to the fields of intellectual property, personal data and the posting of information online.

Limitations

The User may not:

  1. Create, modify or post Content on the Website using automated special devices, applications or software scripts.
  2. Post Content offending, defaming or discrediting the honor, dignity or business reputation of third parties, containing personal data of third parties, hostile statements, threats, pornography, images of the naked body or scenes of violence, or perceived as having an extremely unpleasant nature. Kaspersky reserves the right not to publish any Content submitted by the User for publication on the Website if such Content violates these Terms of Use.
  3. Probe the Website for vulnerabilities without the express permission of the Website administrator, perform any actions that might disable, overload or adversely impact the normal operation of the Website, for example, attacks leading to denial of service or page loading errors.
